ICE Agent INDICTED After Running Over Man in Texas! #ICE #Houston #LamontTyson
An ICE agent has been INDICTED on a felony assault charge after running over a man with an SUV during an immigration enforcement operation in Texas!
On October 30, 2026, a Harris County grand jury indicted federal immigration officer Mario Alberto Morales on a second-degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The charges stem from an October 10 incident in Houston involving 48-year-old Miguel Parra-Hernandez.
Surveillance footage shows an ICE vehicle changing direction toward Parra-Hernandez while he was running through a parking lot.
The collision left him seriously injured, including a broken leg requiring medical treatment.
Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare says the footage supports an intentional-assault allegation.
ICE disputes that allegation, maintaining that the collision was accidental. Morales is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
The case raises questions about federal law enforcement accountability, the use of force, and cooperation between local investigators and federal agencies.
What do you think about the grand jury's decision to bring charges?
